While making beer BON we use:
Fundamental element of our producing process is first-quality certificated equipment, experienced brewer and experienced staff that take a great emphasis on kreeping all the traditional methods of making beer and high hygiene of the whole process.
Materials used:
Beer BON is based on carefully selected materials and raw materials especially:
• water sources, we use our own water sources, tested by specialists that give our beer traditional czech taste of Lager
• hops we use exclusively „Žatecký červeňák" from it´s first harvest (that gives light and harmonicaly bitter taste) but also second harvest is used (that gives beer light aroma). We use hops from Moravia and mainly the hops that are native to the temperate zone of the Czech Republic
• malt we use traditional malt from Moravia
• yeast the sort of yeast is H type, which is ideal for traditional method of making beer
• sourish, sour malt which is used for making PH of the water insted of using carbon dioxide – so that our final product is completely natural!

Technology of making beer BON - Technological process:
Beer BON is based on traditional Czech technological processes of making traditional Czech Lager.
Brewery hall
We use 20 hl brewery hall, 2 bins, chromium steel and we use clasical double-based process of making beer. The brewery hall is steam based. When mash is made it is quickly frozen, yeast are added to the mash and the process of fermentation can start.
Fermentation
The process of fermentation is made in uncovered bins. The room where beer is fermentated are completely climatised and the whole process is automatised and managed by computers.
Maturation
The period of maturing of our beer BON is really very long (light beer matures for about 30-35 days, light Lager up to 70-90 days), despite other industrialized breweries where beer is deported out in only one week period! Beer is kept under the temperature of 1-2 degrees and the process of filling by natural carbon dioxide is long and caml. Our Lager matures to gentleness of it´s taste, harmony, fullness and light bitterness that influences it´s special aroma.
The filtration process
Filtration of beer BON is based on using „Filtrox" igniters, two-degree igniters. The expiration of beer is lenghten by very slight filtration just before decantation. Unlike pasteurized beers our beer BON is after the whole filtration pure, tranparently light drink with sparkling efect in each glass. That´s also why most of the consumers are satisfied. They get what they are waiting for.
Decantation
Decantation of beer is made automatically on production line for KEG barrels.
